Mojo's Hemp House is committed to delivering your hemp-derived products safely and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, restrictions, and delivery expectations.


**Important:** All shipments require an adult signature (21+ years of age) upon delivery.


2. Shipping Restrictions


2.1 Restricted States by Product Type


Due to varying state laws, we cannot ship certain products to specific states:


THC-A Products - NOT SHIPPED TO:

Arkansas (AR), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Oklahoma (OK), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), Utah (UT), Vermont (VT)


Delta-8 THC Products - NOT SHIPPED TO:

Alaska (AK), Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Iowa (IA), Massachusetts (MA), Michigan (MI), Minnesota (MN), Mississippi (MS), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), New Hampshire (NH), New York (NY), North Dakota (ND), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), Utah (UT), Vermont (VT), Virginia (VA), Washington (WA), West Virginia (WV)


Delta-9 THC Products - SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS:

Products must contain 0% Delta-9 THC in Idaho (ID), New Hampshire (NH), and South Dakota (SD). We do not ship Delta-9 products to these states.


Kratom Products - NOT SHIPPED TO:

- **States:** Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), Indiana (IN), Rhode Island (RI), Wisconsin (WI)

- **Restricted Cities/Counties:** San Diego, CA; Oceanside, CA; Sarasota County, FL; Union County, MS; Denver, CO; Jerseyville, IL; Columbus, MS


Amanita Muscaria Products - NOT SHIPPED TO:

Louisiana (LA)


2.2 Address Restrictions

We **CANNOT** ship to:

- P.O. Boxes (USPS P.O. Boxes only may be acceptable for certain carriers - contact us)

- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

- Freight forwarding addresses

- Addresses in restricted states/cities for specific products


2.3 International Shipping

We currently **only ship within the United States**. We do not ship to:

- International addresses

- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

- Military bases outside the continental U.S.


3. Age Verification and Signature Requirement


3.1 Adult Signature Required

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE ADULT SIGNATURE (21+) UPON DELIVERY.


By placing an order, you:

- Certify that you are at least 21 years of age

- Agree to be present or designate someone 21+ to sign for delivery

- Understand that packages will not be left without signature

- Consent to age verification by the shipping carrier


3.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to sign:

- Carrier will leave a delivery notice

- You must contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup at carrier facility

- Packages will be held by carrier for limited time (typically 5-10 business days)

- If package is returned to us, you are responsible for reshipping costs

- See Refund Policy for details on refused or undeliverable packages


3.3 ID Verification

The delivery person may request to see a valid government-issued photo ID to verify age. Acceptable forms of ID include:

- Driver's license

- State ID card

- Passport

- Military ID


4. Shipping Methods and Carriers


We ship via the following carriers:

- **USPS** (United States Postal Service)

- **UPS** (United Parcel Service)

- **FedEx** (Federal Express)


**Note:** We select the carrier based on your location, package size, and shipping speed selected. Carrier selection is at our discretion.


5. Processing Time


5.1 Order Processing

- Orders are processed **Monday through Friday**, excluding federal holidays

- Orders placed before **12:00 PM EST** typically ship the same business day

- Orders placed after **12:00 PM EST** typically ship the next business day

- Weekend orders (Saturday/Sunday) are processed on the following Monday

- During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing may take 1-2 additional business days


5.2 Holidays and Closures

We do not process or ship orders on:

- Federal holidays

- Scheduled maintenance days (announced in advance)

- Emergency closures


6. Shipping Options and Costs


6.1 Standard Shipping

- **Delivery Time:** 5-7 business days

- **Cost:** Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

- **Free Shipping:** Available on orders over $75 within the continental U.S.

- **Tracking:** Provided for all orders


6.2 Expedited Shipping

- **2-Day Shipping:** Delivery in 2 business days (after processing)

- **Overnight Shipping:** Delivery next business day (after processing)

- **Cost:** Calculated at checkout

- **Availability:** Not available to all locations

- **Note:** Processing time is not included in shipping time


6.3 Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping costs are based on:

- Package weight

- Destination address

- Shipping speed selected

- Dimensional weight (for large packages)


Free Shipping Threshold:

Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).


6.4 Taxes and Fees

- Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable

- No additional customs or import fees (domestic shipping only)


7. Tracking Your Order


7.1 Tracking Information

- Tracking number sent via email once order ships

- Track your order at the carrier's website using tracking number

- Tracking updates may take 24 hours after shipping to appear

- Contact us if you don't receive tracking within 48 hours of order placement


7.2 Tracking Issues

If tracking shows:

- **"Exception":** Contact carrier or us for assistance

- **"Delivery Attempted":** Check for delivery notice and contact carrier to arrange redelivery

- **"Returned to Sender":** Contact us immediately - reshipping fees may apply

- **No Updates for 5+ Days:** Contact us to investigate


8. Delivery Timeframes


8.1 Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

- West Coast: 3-5 business days

- Midwest: 4-6 business days

- East Coast: 5-7 business days

- Alaska/Hawaii: 7-10 business days (if eligible)


Expedited Shipping:

- 2-Day: 2 business days after processing

- Overnight: 1 business day after processing


**Note:** Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control may affect delivery.


8.2 Business Days

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Weekends and holidays are not counted in delivery estimates.


9. Delivery Issues


9.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

Package Shows "Delivered" but Not Received:

1. Check all possible delivery locations (front door, back door, garage, mailbox, with neighbor)

2. Ask household members if they accepted delivery

3. Wait 24 hours - sometimes tracking is updated before actual delivery

4. Contact carrier to file claim

5. Contact us - we will assist with carrier investigation


Our Liability:

- We are not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery

- We recommend signature requirement (included) and secure delivery locations

- We will work with carrier to investigate missing packages

- Replacement or refund is at our discretion after carrier investigation completes


9.2 Damaged Packages

If package arrives damaged:

1. **Inspect package before accepting delivery** if damage is visible

2. Take photos of damaged packaging and contents

3. Contact us within **48 hours** with photos and order number

4. Keep all packaging materials

5. Do not use or open product if damage is severe


We will arrange for replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.


9.3 Wrong Address

Customer Provided Wrong Address:

- Contact us immediately if you realize you provided wrong address

- If order has not shipped, we can update the address at no charge

- If order has shipped, we cannot change the address

- Contact carrier to attempt delivery address change (fees may apply)

- Packages returned due to wrong address provided by customer will incur reshipping fees


Carrier Delivery Error:

- Contact carrier immediately to report misdelivery

- Contact us so we can file claim with carrier

- We will send replacement once carrier claim is resolved


10. Order Changes and Cancellations


10.1 Before Shipment

- Contact us immediately to request changes or cancellation

- If order has not been processed, we can modify or cancel at no charge

- No guarantee modifications can be made once processing begins


10.2 After Shipment

- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once shipped

- You may refuse delivery or return per our Refund Policy

- Contact carrier to hold package at facility if you want to refuse delivery


11. Packaging and Discretion


11.1 Discreet Packaging

- All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging

- No external indication of contents

- Return address shows company name only (no product details)

- Invoice/packing slip included inside package only


11.2 Packaging Materials

- Products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

- Temperature-sensitive products may include ice packs or insulation

- Fragile items are marked for special handling


12. Shipping Insurance


12.1 Included Coverage

- All orders include basic carrier insurance up to $100

- No additional cost for basic coverage


12.2 Additional Insurance

- Available for orders over $100

- Highly recommended for high-value orders

- Cost calculated at checkout

- Covers loss, damage, or theft during transit


13. Weather and Natural Disasters


We do not ship to areas affected by:

- Severe weather warnings (hurricanes, blizzards, flooding)

- Natural disasters

- Emergency declarations


If Your Area is Affected:

- We will hold your order until safe to ship

- You will be notified via email

- No cancellation fees if you choose to cancel due to weather delays


14. Compliance and Legal Requirements


14.1 Legal Verification

By placing an order, you certify that:

- You are at least 21 years of age

- Hemp-derived products are legal in your jurisdiction

- You understand federal and state laws regarding hemp products

- You will not resell products in violation of law


14.2 Order Rejection

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders:

- To restricted states/cities

- If age cannot be verified

- If address appears fraudulent

- If order violates our terms or policies

- If compliance cannot be ensured


14.3 Carrier Refusal

If a carrier refuses to deliver your package due to state/local restrictions:

- You will be contacted to provide alternative legal address

- Package will be held or returned to us

- No refund if alternative address not provided (see Refund Policy)
