1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website ("Site") and purchasing products from Mojo's Hemp House ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this Site or purchase our products.
2. Age Requirement

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Orders placed by individuals under 21 years of age will be cancelled without refund.
3. Product Information and Compliance
3.1 Hemp-Derived Products
All products sold on this Site are hemp-derived and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill (Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018), containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis (except where state law requires 0%).
3.2 Not FDA Approved
These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These products should not be used as a substitute for prescription medications.
3.3 Customer Responsibility
It is solely your responsibility to know and understand the laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of hemp-derived products. Some states, counties, and cities have enacted laws prohibiting or restricting hemp-derived products.
4. Restricted Shipping Locations
We do not ship certain products to jurisdictions where they are prohibited or restricted. By placing an order, you certify that the products you are purchasing are legal in your jurisdiction. Shipping restrictions include but are not limited to:
- **THC-A Products:** AR, HI, ID, KS, LA, OK, OR, RI, UT, VT
- **Delta-8 Products:** AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, ID, IA, MA, MI, MN, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV

Orders shipped to restricted jurisdictions will be cancelled without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location.
5. Orders and Payment
5.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Orders to restricted jurisdictions
- Failure to meet age requirements
5.2 Pricing
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
5.3 Payment

6. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6.4 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for reshipping costs. Orders abandoned or refused at delivery will not be refunded.

All products are sold for lawful use only in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to misuse any product or use it in violation of any law.
7.2 Warnings
- Do not drive or operate machinery while using these products
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Not for use by pregnant or nursing women
